LabCreator has a powerful flight recorder. It allows the user to save and later retrieve various 3D views (camera settings) and to create and play complete flights through the scene.

Also, for each of the three views, the user can also define a starting point in the scene, to which the camera will automatically move when opening the scene.

The illustration shows the flight recorder window. At the top the user can select one of the available flights; flights can also be added or removed.

The table shows a sequence of camera settings. Each setting also includes the time provided for the flight to the respective point and the length of stay. Click goto_point to move the camera to the relevant point. The up and down buttons can be used to modify the sequence (of course only if there are at least two entries).

Use the set_point button for subsequent modifications to the camera settings. Click to accept the current camera settings in the relevant table entry. New points can be added by clicking add_point, existing ones can be removed by clicking remove_point.

The startAnimation button is used to play flights through the scene, exportVideo is used to export the flight as a video file (Windows Media).
