Several other sensors and actors are attached to the inputs and outputs of the control board:

The string potentiometers and the foil potentiometer indicate the amounts of excursion of the segments. The pressure sensor indicates that the maximum pressure has been reached. The compressors integrated in Robotino can be turned on and off. Via the gripper valves the movement of the gripper can be controlled, and the water drain valve can be used to remove water from the system.
