With scenes that are played for demonstration purposes, it often makes sense for the camera to move to a point predefined by the creator when the scene opens. This can also be set in the flight recorder window for the respective active view:

The bottom part of the window has three buttons for this:

"Set": saves the current camera setting for the current view.
"Delete": deletes the saved camera setting for the current view.
"Go": moves the camera to the saved starting point.

 

The starting points are saved in the scene and used when the scene is opened.
